Returns & Refunds

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.

Change-of-mind returns

We accept change-of-mind returns within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible, the product must be unused, undamaged, in its original condition and packaging, with all included accessories and components, and you must provide proof of purchase.

To request a change-of-mind return, please contact us at hello@mymibaby.co.nz before sending the product back. Return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns are the responsibility of the customer.

 

If your return is accepted, we’ll provide instructions on how and where to return your package. Return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns are the responsibility of the customer.

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will confirm whether it meets the return requirements. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order when you receive it and contact us as soon as possible if your item is defective, damaged, or you receive the wrong item. We will assess the issue and work with you to provide an appropriate remedy.

Your rights under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act are not affected by this returns policy. If your product is faulty, defective, unsafe, doesn't match its description, or otherwise fails to meet the guarantees required by law, please contact us.

Exchanges

If you would like a different product, the simplest option is to return your original item in accordance with our return policy and, once your return is approved, place a new order for the replacement product.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to process the refund.
